Unknown Stain

Use a "Quick Wash" cycle without detergent, adding laundry balls or a silicone scrubber to the drum to remove initial stains.

Apply laundry soap or a dedicated stain-removal soap (such as Nefis, Pure water, Bio Mama, Duru, Biomio, Ushasty Nyany, or Sonett) to the area.

Scrub the stain gently with a soft toothbrush or silicone scrubber from the inside out to push the soil out of the fibers.

Leave the soap on for 10 minutes to allow it to break down the grime.

Rinse the area under running water and wash the item in the washing machine using a detergent containing enzymes.

Verify the temperature settings on the garment's care label.

Replace soap with a stain remover such as Ringuva, LION, Sodasan, Cotico, Forest clean spray, Amway, Ecover, Frosch, Bagi, or BioMio bio-stain gel.

Apply an oxygen-based stain stick (e.g., Jundo, Udalix, Meine Liebe, or Faberlic), remembering to dip the tip in boiling water first to activate it.

Soak the stained area in a hot solution of powdered oxygen bleach or 100% sodium percarbonate by stretching the fabric over a basin, pouring a teaspoon of the powder on the stain, and pouring boiling water directly over it.

Rinse with running water after 5–10 minutes.

Wash in the machine using a detergent with enzymes (such as Bimax 100, Attack bioEX, or Milin Dom gel).

Add a laundry booster (such as Ecoway, Udalix, Grass, Dutybox, 100% sodium percarbonate, gel Antipyatin, or Lavatute) directly to the drum.

Apply Azelit oven cleaner spray to the wet stain if you are confident, leave for 5–10 minutes, rinse under the tap, and follow with a standard machine wash.
