Treatment Protocol
- 1Home Remedy
Rinse the stain thoroughly under cold running water (hot water will coagulate the proteins in milk, making the stain harder to remove).
- 2Home Remedy
Lay the garment over a sink or basin with the stain facing up, then use the hottest water your hands can tolerate.
- 3Home Remedy15 minutes
Apply laundry soap or a dedicated stain-removing soap and gently scrub the area with a silicone or toothbrush. Let it sit for 15 minutes to allow the soap to break down the proteins.
- 4Home Remedy
Rinse the area under the tap and wash the garment in the washing machine as usual, following the care label instructions.
- 5Product
Use stain removers like Ringuva, Lion, Sodasan, or Forest Clean, or stain-removing sticks such as Meine Liebe or Brandfree instead of soap.
- 6Product
Wash the garment in the washing machine using a detergent containing enzymes, such as Bimax 100 пятен, Attack bioEX powder, or Freshbubble gel.
- 7Product
Add a laundry booster directly to the drum, such as oxygen-based powders like Udalix, WowClean, Elizar, Belek, Dutybox, or 100% sodium percarbonate, or use gel-based alternatives like Antipiatin, Lavatute by Sile Chemicals, or liquid Peroks for white and light-colored fabrics.
- 8
Use the specialized Dr.Beckmann stain remover for blood and milk stains.
- 9Pro Tip
- Do not use soap containing optical brighteners on black or dark cotton garments, as it may bleach the fabric color. - Do not use sodium percarbonate or oxygen-based stain removers on cashmere, silk, or wool.
