Breast Milk

Apply household laundry soap or a specialized stain removal bar (such as Nefis, Pure water, Bio Mama, Duru, Biomio, Ushasty Nyany universal, or Sonett) to the remaining stain.

Gently scrub the stain with a soft toothbrush or silicone scrubber from the inside out to push the soil out of the fabric fibers.

Leave the soap to sit for 10 minutes to allow it to break down the dirt.

Rinse the treated area under the tap.

Apply a stain remover such as Ringuva, LION, Sodasan, Cotico, Forest clean spray, Amway, Ecover, Frosch, Bagi, or BioMio bio-stain gel instead of soap.

Use oxygen-based stain remover sticks like Jundo, Udalix, Meine Liebe, or Faberlic; dip the tip of the stick in boiling water before application to activate it.

Soak the stain in a hot solution of powdered oxygen bleach or 100% sodium percarbonate by stretching the fabric over a basin, pouring a teaspoon of the powder on the stain, and pouring boiling water directly over it.

Rinse the area with tap water after 5-10 minutes.

Wash the garment in a washing machine using a detergent with enzymes (e.g., Bimax 100 spots, Attack bioEX powder, or Milin dom Domovoy gel).

Add a laundry booster such as Ecoway, Udalix oxygen powder, Grass, Dutybox, 100% sodium percarbonate, Antipyatin gel, or Lavatute directly into the drum.

Apply a small amount of oven cleaner like Azelit to the wetted stain if you are confident with the fabric; this contains alkali similar to heavy-duty detergents.

Rinse the area thoroughly under the tap after 5-10 minutes and proceed with a normal machine wash.
